· The SouthByWristband Package is a way for music fans to hear a lot of great artists in just a few days and nights. Read this section carefully before making your purchase and reservation.
· SouthByWristbands Hotel/Wristband Package allows you to book a reservation (three-night minimum stay) at your choice of hotels from a select list and your purchase of one or two wristbands per room reserved.· Wristbands cost $165 each. The credit card you provide on the next screen will be used to guarantee a room at the hotel you request and will be charged in full for your wristband purchase. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the wristbands. The hotel will hold the credit card as a guarantee to charge penalties in the event of no-show or late cancel. Wristband can only be picked up after checking into your hotel (you will be asked to show your hotel keycard).
· Each individual must pick up their own wristband in person at the Austin Convention Center -- it will be attached to their wrist at that time and cannot be removed or transferred.
· At the bottom of this page, select the option to “Reserve Hotel with 1 Wristband” or “Reserve Hotel with 2 Wristbands.” Two is the maximum number of wristbands available.
·Available hotels (listed below with rates for 1/2/3/4 people in the room) are 5 to 7 miles from downtown Austin (downtown hotels are not available as part of the SouthByWristbands.com package – and are sold out):

· Hotel room rates shown do not include 15% hotel tax or personal charges. Your credit card will be used to guarantee the room but nothing is charged until you checkin (or incur a hotel penalty). Minimum three-night hotel stay is required.
· 2008 SXSW Music Festival will take place Wednesday, March 12 to Sunday, March 16, 2008.
· Artist information is posted at www.sxsw.com/music/festival as it becomes available.
· Wristband provides free admission to shows by more than 1,500 acts at more than 70 SXSW Music Fest venues.
· Wristband does NOT provide access to music industry events.
· Wristband does not guarantee entry to venues that are at capacity. Admission is subject to each venue's age restrictions.
· Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled check-in date will be refunded in full less a $20 processing fee per wristband.
· Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled check-in date will be refunded less a $60 processing fee per wristband.
· No-shows are not eligible for refund of wristband purchase price.
· Hotels will charge a penalty for no-shows and late cancellations (usually within 72 hours of scheduled arrival). Read your hotel confirmation carefully. .
· A limited number of Hotel/Wristband Packages are available and sales will end when supplies are exhausted.
